C#：从MailMessage中删除选中邮件附件的实现问题

别只存文件名和大小，额外定义一个列表来保存每个附件对应的Attachment实例：

避坑提醒 #

• 一定要调用Attachment.Dispose()：Attachment实现了IDisposable接口，如果只移除不释放，会导致文件被当前进程占用，后续无法修改或删除该文件。
• 别用foreach遍历删除：如果直接在foreach (Attachment att in yourMailMessageInstance.Attachments)里调用Remove，会触发集合已修改的异常，用索引关联的方式就完全避免了这个问题。
• 确保MailMessage实例有效：如果你的MailMessage是局部变量，要保证删除操作时它还处于生命周期内，否则会出现空引用异常。
