虚拟环境中Python可导入plot-likert，但Jupyter Lab提示ModuleNotFoundError的问题求助

我在虚拟环境里安装了plot-likert库，奇怪的是在普通Python环境里能正常导入使用，但在Jupyter Lab里却一直报错，完全搞不懂问题出在哪！其他库用pip install安装后都能正常运行，就这个库出现了异常。

普通Python环境的测试情况： #
