页面重载时Fixed Header背景不显示问题求助（非开发人员）

Hi everyone,

I want to start by saying I’m not a jQuery or Java developer—all the code I’m working with comes directly from a Bootstrap template I’m using, and I’m completely lost on how to fix this bug. Here’s the issue:

• When a user scrolls down the page, the header switches to a sticky/fixed state, and its background fades in as expected.
• However, if the page reloads while we’re not at the top of the page, that faded background doesn’t appear. All you can see is the white header text, which is unreadable against the page content below until the user starts scrolling again.

I have no idea where to even begin troubleshooting this since I didn’t write the original script. Any simple, straightforward fixes or guidance would be really helpful!
