关于pip依赖解析冲突及Spyder版本兼容异常问题的求助

我现在遇到了两个让我摸不着头脑的依赖版本问题，希望能得到大家的帮助：

第一个问题是关于pylint版本的冲突，我完全搞不懂这个报错逻辑——它明明说需要pylint版本在*>=2.5.0且<3.1*范围内，但又说我装的3.1.0不兼容。那到底我该用哪个版本才对呢？

具体的命令行报错信息如下：

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
spyder 5.5.0 requires pylint<3.1,>=2.5.0, but you have pylint 3.1.0 which is incompatible.

第二个问题是在Spyder里遇到的，明明我的依赖已经是最新版本，而且也符合要求的版本范围，却还是报错。报错内容是：

The Python environment or installation whose interpreter is located at
...
doesn't have the right version of spyder‑kernels installed (3.0.2 instead of >= 3.0.0 and < 3.1.0)
