Azure DevOps部署FastAPI应用时出现409 Conflict部署失败错误求助

大家好，我这两天一直在尝试把我的FastAPI应用部署到Azure DevOps上。之前部署完全正常，但这次我没对管道做任何改动，却部署失败了，实在摸不着头绪，想请大家帮忙看看问题出在哪。

我的Pipeline配置如下：

我的启动命令写在startup.txt里，内容是：

gunicorn -w 4 -k uvicorn.workers.UvicornWorker --timeout 600 -b 0.0.0.0:8000 app:app

部署时收到的错误信息如下：
