• I started by following the standard MinGW-based compilation steps for proj, and everything seemed to run smoothly at first.
• But when I moved on to later stages of the build process, errors started popping up. The strange thing is: if I manually run the exact operations that are failing in the automated build, they work perfectly fine.
• I suspected the issue might be tied to the Git shell launcher C:/Program Files (x86)/Git/usr/bin/sh.exe being used behind the scenes, so I modified the Makefile to skip this launcher and execute commands directly. Unfortunately, this didn't resolve the problem.
• I've even completely reinstalled MINGW32, but the same errors persist. I've scoured Google for solutions matching my scenario and haven't found anything that works.

Has anyone run into this specific issue before? Or does anyone have ideas for troubleshooting steps I haven't tried yet?
