首先得调整ListView的布局属性,让ConstraintLayout明确知道它该优先贴合内容高度,而不是无脑拉伸:
- 配置ListView的基础属性与约束
在布局XML里给ListView加上这些配置:

android:layout_height="wrap_content":让ListView本身尝试根据内容计算高度app:layout_constraintHeight_default="wrap":告诉ConstraintLayout,当ListView的wrap_content高度小于上下约束的可用空间时,就用内容高度;只有当内容超过可用空间时,才会让ListView滚动并填满剩余空间,绝对不会挤压底部的bAdd按钮。
- 修复ListView原生wrap_content的测量bug(可选但推荐)
原生ListView的wrap_content在部分旧系统上测量逻辑有问题,可能导致上面的配置还是达不到预期。这时候可以自定义一个ListView修正测量逻辑:

之后在布局里用这个自定义ListView代替原生的,再配合上面的约束属性,就能完美实现自适应高度了。
- 可选:设置最小高度避免空列表太突兀
如果列表为空或者只有一项时觉得高度太矮,可以给ListView加个android:minHeight,比如:
android:minHeight="120dp"
这样即使内容很少,也能保持一个合理的最小高度,不会显得太奇怪。
为什么之前的配置不行?
你之前只设置了底部约束到按钮顶部,但没告诉ConstraintLayout优先使用内容高度。默认情况下,ConstraintLayout会把有上下约束的控件拉伸填满可用空间,哪怕内容根本不需要这么大的高度。加上app:layout_constraintHeight_default="wrap"就彻底解决了这个逻辑问题。
