VS Code创建专属IPython终端时提示“ipython未被识别”的问题求助

几个月前我把Spyder换成了VS Code，主要原因之一是它能集成Jupyter笔记本（作为插件），而且调试功能看起来更强大。另外我感觉包管理器uv（当时正想尝试这个工具）在VS Code的终端里用起来更顺手——顺便说一句，uv真的挺好用的。

我已经习惯了Spyder的工作流和它的IPython集成（比如按F5运行整个文件，F9执行选中的代码之类的），所以想继续用这种方式写代码。VS Code里的IPython插件确实能满足我的需求，那段时间VS Code、IPython和uv配合得特别好，我还挺满意的。

但不知道为啥，几天前这套配置突然出问题了，我完全找不到原因。现在每次尝试创建一个新的专属IPython终端时，终端里都会弹出下面的错误提示：
