VSCode终端中pip命令无法识别的问题求助

我在终端里用pip install安装matplotlib或者其他Python库的时候，总是弹出这个错误：

pip : The term 'pip' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

我跟着网上的教程试过修复，但在VSCode里还是不管用。奇怪的是，我在系统自带的CMD里运行pip是正常的，能显示所有pip的命令和提示，就像安装正确的样子。

这事儿对我来说特别急，因为要赶学校的项目截止日期，之前在笔记本（性能不够跑不动项目）和学校电脑上都没遇到过这种问题，现在在家用自己的PC继续做就出状况了，真心求各位大佬帮忙！
