VS Code调试Azure函数应用时调试工具栏缺失且无法命中断点问题求助

大家好，我在调试Azure函数应用的时候碰到了棘手的问题，想请教下各位有没有解决思路：

我启动调试器后，首先会触发依赖包的安装流程，控制台会输出这些内容：

这段过程虽然会让我等很久，但不会终止调试，最后调试器还是能启动起来。

不过安装完成后，会弹出一个错误提示：Server[pid=17388] is already being debugged。这个提示不会打断代码执行，但我发现调试工具栏不见了，而且设置的断点完全不起作用，代码直接从头跑到尾，根本没法进行调试操作。

有意思的是，我的同事用Linux系统调试同一个项目时，也会弹出这个相同的错误提示，但他们的调试工具栏是正常可用的，只有我在Windows上遇到了工具栏缺失、断点无效的问题。

我的核心需求就是能正常调出调试工具栏，顺利使用断点进行调试。可惜没法上传错误提示的截图，还请大家多多帮忙，谢谢！
