获取指定幻灯片的备注 #

要读取非当前幻灯片的备注，核心是先定位到目标幻灯片（通过ID或索引），再获取其备注文本框的内容。注意Office JS的操作都是异步的，所以要用async/await处理：

关键注意事项 #

• 幻灯片定位优先级：尽量用幻灯片ID而不是索引，因为用户可能会调整幻灯片顺序，ID是固定不变的，更可靠。
• 错误处理：一定要加try/catch捕获异常，比如目标幻灯片不存在、权限不足等情况。
• 初始化检查：所有操作前必须确保Office.onReady()完成，否则API调用会失败。
