使用Twilio Python SDK向尼泊尔号码发送短信无报错但未收到消息的问题排查求助

大家好，我现在碰到一个棘手的问题：我尝试用Twilio给我的尼泊尔手机号发送短信，运行python sms.py时程序完全没有报错，还正常输出了Message sent successfully!，但我的手机始终收不到这条短信。有没有朋友能帮忙分析下可能的原因？
