企业能否通过Apple Pay向用户付款？含iOS应用场景及API疑问

Let’s break this down with the clear details you’re looking for:

• Consumer Apple Pay P2P transfers are for personal use only: The peer-to-peer feature (Apple Pay Cash in the US, Apple Pay P2P in other regions) is built exclusively for individuals sending money to other individuals. Businesses cannot use this system to pay users for completed tasks—it’s not designed for commercial disbursements.

• Business-to-person payouts require Apple’s enterprise-grade tools: If your business needs to send payments to users, Apple does offer specialized enterprise services for this exact use case. Corresponding APIs exist for integration, but they’re not publicly listed for general access. To get access:

  1. Reach out directly to Apple’s Business Development or Payment Services team to outline your specific use case
  2. Meet Apple’s eligibility criteria (like valid business registration, compliance with financial regulations, and a clear, legitimate payout need)
  3. Work with Apple’s team to integrate their approved payout APIs once your business is vetted

• Why public API docs don’t show this: You’re right that public Apple developer documentation doesn’t highlight these business payout APIs—they’re reserved for enterprise clients that go through Apple’s official onboarding process. This isn’t a sign the service doesn’t exist; it’s just that access is restricted to businesses with proper commercial payout requirements.

In short: Regular businesses can’t use consumer Apple Pay to pay users, but Apple does have enterprise solutions for business-to-person disbursements. Your best next step is to contact Apple’s business payment team to discuss eligibility and get access to the necessary APIs.
