既然你已经通过重写textRect(forBounds:)和editingRect(forBounds:)调整了光标和输入文本的位置，那只需要在自定义UITextField子类里再重写一个placeholderRect(forBounds:)方法，让占位符使用和文本一致的内边距即可：
