安装pyRFC时无论使用哪个Python版本均提示Cython未安装的错误求助

我最近在跟着一份指南尝试用Python处理SAP数据，但在PyRFC & Cython安装的第三步彻底卡壳了——不管怎么操作，一直弹出「Cython not installed」的错误，实在摸不着头绪。

我已经分别在Python 3.13.1 amd64和3.8.3两个版本上都试过，结果完全一样。而且我各种方式都试过安装Cython了，但就是没法让PyRFC的安装流程正常跑起来。
