Anaconda安装TensorFlow后无法识别NVIDIA RTX2060 GPU的求助

我最近在做YOLOv8项目时，想结合TensorFlow一起用，但遇到了个头疼的问题——TensorFlow死活识别不到我的GPU。最开始我是用pip安装的TensorFlow，后来听别人说用conda安装GPU版本更靠谱，就换成conda重新装了一遍，结果还是没解决问题。

我跑了一段测试代码来验证GPU识别情况：

import tensorflow as tf 
print(tf.config.list_physical_devices('GPU'))

输出结果如下，最后显示的是空列表，说明确实没识别到GPU：

我的安装步骤是这样的：先用conda create --name tf-gpu tensorflow-gpu创建了专门的conda环境，然后用conda activate tf-gpu激活环境。

补充一下我的环境信息：Python版本是3.12，显卡是NVIDIA RTX 2060，驱动已经更新到最新版本，操作系统是Windows 11。

有没有大佬能帮忙分析下问题出在哪，或者给点解决方向？提前谢谢大家了！
