具体实现步骤 #

1. 编写合并判断辅助方法 #

先写一个工具方法，判断当前CheckBox单元格是否需要和上一行合并（即值与上一行同列单元格一致）：

注意事项 #

• 确保DataGridView的EditMode设置为EditOnEnter或EditOnKeystrokeOrF2，避免编辑冲突；
• 如果有排序、筛选操作，需要在操作后调用dataGridView1.InvalidateColumn(chkColumn.Index)刷新合并状态；
• 若CheckBox列允许DBNull，要在合并判断中额外处理空值情况（上面的辅助方法已经包含）。
