使用listbox.get(ACTIVE)获值错误及select_event函数点击异常求助

这个问题我之前帮好几个开发者踩过坑，核心原因是你对Listbox的事件时机和ACTIVE的作用理解有点偏差～

先拆解问题：listbox.get(ACTIVE)获取的是当前处于激活状态（高亮）的条目，但如果你绑定的是<Button-1>这类点击事件，事件触发的时机早于Listbox更新选中状态的时机——也就是说，你点击新条目时，Listbox还没来得及把新点击的项设为ACTIVE，所以拿到的还是上一次的激活项，第一次点击时自然就是默认的第一个条目了。

最稳妥的解决方案：用<<ListboxSelect>>事件 #

这是Tkinter专门为Listbox选中状态变化设计的事件，它会在选中项完全更新后才触发，完美避开时机差的问题。
