使用JitPack + Maven一键安装GitHub公开项目失败的求助

我想直接从公开的GitHub仓库安装一个项目，不想先克隆源码再本地安装，打算用JitPack一步搞定，不用在本地保存源码。

拿SwingDevTools这个项目举例，我试了下面的命令：

mvn dependency:get -Dartifact=com.github.chrissyast:SwingDevTools:0.0.3 -DremoteRepositories=https://jitpack.io -U 

结果运行报错了，错误信息如下：

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-dependency-plugin:3.6.1:get (default-cli) on project standalone-pom: Couldn't download artifact: org.eclipse.aether.resolution.DependencyResolutionException: The following artifacts could not be resolved: com.github.chrissyast:SwingDevTools:jar:0.0.3 (absent): Could not find artifact com.github.chrissyast:SwingDevTools:jar:0.0.3 in mirror-central

我还尝试给仓库指定了ID参数，结果问题依旧：

-DremoteRepositories=jitpack::::https://jitpack.io

我的环境是Maven 3.9.6，Java 8，有没有大佬能帮忙分析下问题出在哪呀？
