I ran into an error while trying to add a foreign key named USERNAME to my tutorial table. The relevant foreign key setup and tutorial table configurations are as follows (specific details weren't included in my original query).

I've fixed the problem by creating a new table called tutorials to replace the original tutorial table. When I used the exact same method to add the foreign key to this new table, it worked perfectly!
