Google Play应用更新因未完成健康声明表被拒，寻求表单填写位置指引

这问题说出来真有点尴尬，感觉答案本该是一目了然的。

我最近给Google Play商店提交应用更新，结果直接被拒了——原因居然是我没填写健康声明表。

收到的错误提示是：

Google Api Error: Invalid request - You must complete the health declaration.
