Windows 7 64位下NetBeans IDE 8.2与JDK代码运行故障求助

I'm dealing with a tricky issue on my Windows 7 64-bit system using NetBeans IDE 8.2 and a matching JDK. The weird part is, the IDE compiles my code perfectly fine—no errors there—but every time I try to run it, I get an error that stops it cold.

I've already tried all the obvious fixes: I downloaded all the necessary files and ensured all programs are properly installed, and even checked in with my programming teacher to walk through troubleshooting steps. None of that has resolved the problem so far.

When I attempt to run my code, the error output looks like this:
