vis.js Timeline垂直滚动条跳动问题求助

I'm currently working with the vis.js Timeline component and trying to enable the vertical scrollbar, but I've run into a frustrating jumping problem with it. Oddly enough, this issue is even reproducible on the official vis.js vertical scroll example page.

I tried applying the fix suggested in a Git commit targeted at this scrollbar behavior, but it didn't resolve the problem for me. I can share relevant code snippets if that would help with troubleshooting.
