Django REST Framework序列化带through的M2M模型时仅返回关联ID的问题

核心异常成因 #

• 序列化器绑定了错误的数据源：BaseRecipe模型上的ingredients字段是定义了through参数的ManyToMany关联，其默认管理器操作的是直接关联的Product实体集合，调用后返回的是Product实例对象，而非带食材用量字段的IngredientBaseRecipe中间表实例。
• 你在BaseRecipeSerializer中把针对IngredientBaseRecipe编写的嵌套序列化器，绑定到了这个返回Product集合的ingredients字段上。序列化时，IngredientBaseRecipeSerializer需要读取product（Product外键）、product_quantity（中间表自定义字段）这些属于中间表的属性，但Product实例上完全不存在这些属性，只有两边模型共有的id字段能被序列化输出，最终导致接口返回的食材列表仅包含关联ID，没有Product实体字段、也没有中间表的用量信息。
• 该问题表现和接口返回完全匹配：因为allergens字段是BaseRecipe模型上的自定义属性，返回的是Allergen实体集合，和绑定的AllergenSerializer数据源完全匹配，所以allergens字段能正常返回完整嵌套信息。

隐藏的关联逻辑错误 #

• IngredientBaseRecipe模型的cost属性中引用了不存在的self.quantity字段，该模型实际定义的自定义字段是product_quantity，会导致成本计算报错。
• BaseRecipe模型的cost属性遍历self.ingredients.all()返回的Product实例计算成本，逻辑和中间表的关联设计不匹配。

修正步骤 #

1. 给中间表的反向关联增加明确标识
   修改IngredientBaseRecipe模型，给指向BaseRecipe的外键增加related_name，方便后续直接访问中间表实例集合，同时修正cost属性的字段引用错误：
