• 将所有需要触发逻辑的复选框列号统一存入数组，替换原代码中6段重复的if判断，后续新增需要触发逻辑的复选框列，仅需在数组中补充对应列号即可
• 新增复选框状态判断分支：
  1. 复选框为勾选状态、且相邻单元格为空时，执行原有的日期填充逻辑
  2. 复选框为取消勾选状态时，直接清空对应相邻单元格的内容，保留单元格原有格式不被改动
