R语言ggplot2 图例形状-线条组合图标修改方法咨询

你当前代码出现冗余独立图例、图标样式不匹配的核心原因有两点：

• 美学映射割裂：同一分组的颜色、线条类型、点形状被拆分在不同图层中独立映射，没有在每个对应图层上统一标注分组标识，导致ggplot为color、linetype、shape三个独立美学维度分别生成独立图例
• 图例组合规则缺失：没有手动指定图例条目的元素组成，导致需要组合展示“线条+点”的上下限序列，和仅需展示线条的纯线序列无法匹配到同一图例框架下。

• 统一每个序列的美学映射：给每一条折线对应的分组，同步绑定需要的颜色、线条类型属性；仅对带标记的上下限序列，额外绑定对应形状的点属性
• 合并独立图例维度：通过guides()函数将三个分散的美学维度图例合并为同一个统一面板，指定每个条目展示对应的几何元素——纯线条序列仅展示线条标识，上下限序列展示“线条+对应形状点”的组合标识
• 清理冗余scale配置：让每个scale的分组值覆盖全部实际映射的图层，移除没有对应图层的空定义，从根源上避免生成无意义的空图例项
