Android Q 从内部存储加载图片到ImageView无显示问题求助

你遇到的Android Q版本加载本地公共存储图片失败、权限状态正常、日志提示文件存在，但ImageView始终不显示、Picasso也加载失败的情况，本质是Android Q上线的分区存储（Scoped Storage）机制带来的限制：

• 从Android Q开始，应用即便申请了READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE权限，也无法通过直接拼接文件绝对路径、new File(imagePath)+Uri.fromFile()的方式读取外部公共存储的文件内容
• 日志打印的file.exists()为true，仅代表系统层面能识别这个路径的存在，但应用本身没有读取这个路径下文件内容的权限，图片解码流程会被系统直接拦截，最终没有可加载的图片数据
• 这也是相同代码在Android Pie（9.0）正常运行、所有Android Q机型全量失效的核心原因。

• 临时快速适配（仅兼容Android Q，长期不适用）
  在AndroidManifest.xml的<application>标签下添加属性，开启旧版存储访问模式，跳过分区存储拦截：

• 不要再使用Uri.fromFile()的方式加载外部存储的图片，该方式在Android 7.0以上就存在跨应用文件暴露的安全问题，在Q及以上版本会直接因为无文件访问权限加载失败
• Picasso在Android Q环境下直接加载File对象时，会因为文件读取权限被拦截触发解码失败，甚至不会显示你设置的error占位图
• 当应用的targetSdkVersion升级到30（Android 11）及以上时，旧版存储模式的兼容属性会完全失效，必须按照官方分区存储规则适配，才能正常读取公共存储的图片资源
