Docker环境下Grails 4实现热部署/热替换技术求助

Hi everyone, sorry to bother the community but I'm stuck on an issue that's eating up a lot of my development time.

I'm upgrading Grails from version 2.4.5 to 4.0.1, and I've completed the containerized configuration of Grails, Gradle, and Java based on an Ubuntu base image. Here's my environment info:

• Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise
• Grails Version: 4.0.1
• Gradle Version: 5.6.3
• Docker Desktop Version: 2.1.0.5
• Docker Engine Version: 19.03.5
• Java Version: openjdk version "1.8.0_222"

I have to use Windows Docker Desktop right now, and I start the app with this command inside the container:
grails -Dgrails.env=docker run-app -reloading

I'm trying to get Hot Deploy/Hot Swap working—so that when I modify code, the app automatically deploys the changes without needing a full restart. But after searching extensively online, I haven't found a working solution. This is really slowing down my development workflow, so I'd greatly appreciate any help or guidance from you all. Please let me know if you need more details like Dockerfile content, mount configurations, or anything else!
