If you need to cover a larger area along your route, here are a few practical workarounds to consider:

• Split your long route into shorter segments, run the corridor search with a 2000-meter radius for each segment, then merge and deduplicate the combined results.
• Switch to a bounding box-based POI search instead. Calculate the bounding box that encloses your entire route, then use the bbox parameter to pull all POIs within that area. Keep in mind this won't strictly filter for POIs directly along the route, so you'll need post-processing if route proximity is a hard requirement.
• You can verify this limit in the official HERE Places API docs (accessible via your developer portal) — as of now, the 2000-meter cap for corridor search radius is a fixed rule.
