根本原因 #

MySQL 原生的 INSERT ... ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE 机制（也就是 Laravel upsert 功能的底层实现）依赖唯一索引判断记录是否重复，你当前的 fruits 表没有为 color、taste、smell、name 四个字段添加联合唯一索引，所以数据库无法识别重复记录，只会插入新数据。

解决步骤 #

1. 为数据表添加联合唯一索引 #

首先清理表中已存在的四个字段重复的旧数据，然后创建迁移文件添加索引：

• 生成迁移文件：

php artisan make:migration add_unique_combination_index_to_fruits_table

• 编辑迁移文件的 up 方法：

public function up()
{
    Schema::table('fruits', function (Blueprint $table) {
        $table->unique(['color', 'taste', 'smell', 'name'], 'fruits_unique_combination_index');
    });
}

• 执行迁移：

php artisan migrate

2. 确认模型开启批量赋值 #

打开 Fruit 模型，确保 $fillable 属性包含所有需要插入/更新的字段：

3. （可选）显式指定需要更新的字段 #

4. （可选）优化字段匹配逻辑 #
