CI服务器执行ESLint命令失败：无法找到standard配置

本地VSCode可能通过全局安装的包或者编辑器缓存自动找到了配置，但CI环境是全新的构建环境，必须把eslint-config-standard明确添加到项目的开发依赖中：

npm install eslint-config-standard --save-dev

安装完成后，记得提交更新后的package.json和package-lock.json（或yarn.lock）到代码仓库，这样CI在安装依赖时才能获取到这个包。
