如何在R Shiny中修改DT Datatable表头的背景色和文字颜色

formatStyle()仅作用于表格数据单元格，要修改表头样式有两种常用实现方式：

方法1：添加自定义CSS（推荐，兼容性好） #

直接在Shiny UI中插入针对DT表头的CSS规则，全局生效，修改简单：
