  conda activate azureml_py38
  

• 卸载现有高版本pyarrow：

  pip uninstall pyarrow -y
  

• 安装符合版本要求的pyarrow：

  pip install pyarrow==3.0.0
  

• 重新执行控制脚本即可：

  python run-hello.py
