TestNG无法实例化LoginPageTest类：InvocationTargetException与NPE问题

针对性解决方案 #

方案1：直接使用文件路径（快速修复） #

把那行错误的代码改成直接传入路径字符串，去掉多余的System.getProperty()：

方案2：用相对路径+类加载器（推荐，避免硬编码） #

硬写绝对路径的坏处是换电脑、换项目位置就失效，建议用maven项目的标准方式：

1. 把Config.properties文件移动到src/main/resources目录下（这是maven默认的资源文件目录，编译时会自动打包到classpath里）。
2. 修改BaseClass的构造方法，用类加载器读取配置：

额外要清理的冗余代码 #
