• 注意事项：
  • 请先在Discord开发者平台的机器人管理页面开启Server Members Intent和Voice State Intent权限，否则无法正常获取语音频道的成员数据
  • 代码替换了原有的字符串判断分钟的逻辑，改用数值判断稳定性更高，同时新增了休眠逻辑避免死循环占用过高CPU
  • 新增了无人频道的异常处理，以及机器人已连接语音频道的重连处理，避免运行时报错
