错误原因与修复方案

核心错误点

before_action 是Rails控制器层专属的回调方法，仅能在继承自 ActionController::Base 或 ApplicationController 的类中使用，你将其写在了继承自 ApplicationRecord 的 Profile 模型类中，ActiveRecord模型层没有定义该方法，因此抛出了找不到方法的错误。
额外问题：current_user 是Devise提供的控制器层级的辅助方法，模型层无法直接访问，Profile 模型中的 set_profile 方法本身逻辑也不成立，属于冗余代码。

修复步骤

直接删除 Profile 模型中的 before_action :set_profile 整行，以及下方冗余的 set_profile 私有方法
（可选优化）User 模型中创建关联Profile的写法可以替换为Rails has_one 关联专属的创建方法，写法更简洁规范
