关于C标准中指针算术相关条款含义的技术问询

嘿，我最近对着C23标准里的两个指针算术相关条款抠破了头，反复读了好多遍还是没法彻底搞明白它们的意思，想请各位大佬帮忙解析下：

第一个条款出自C23(6.5.7 #9)：

If the pointer operand is not null, and the pointer operand and result do not point to elements of the same array object or one past the last element of the array object, the behavior is undefined.

还有另一条（我看到的内容有点截断，先贴出目前能获取到的部分）：

Addition or subtraction of a pointer into, or just beyond, an array object and an integer type produces a result that does not point...

我实在搞不懂这些条款到底在约束指针算术的什么边界？比如指针算术的合法操作范围到底是怎么界定的？什么样的操作会触发这里提到的未定义行为？如果能结合简单的代码例子来拆解这些内容的实际意义就更棒了，麻烦各位大佬支支招！
