如果你需要区分"点击item"和"点击空白区域"的逻辑，可以通过调整ListView的触摸行为，让空白区域的事件透传到根布局。不过注意：App Widget的RemoteViews不支持直接设置OnTouchListener，所以这个方案需要你在ListView的适配器中做额外处理，相对复杂一些：

1. 给每个ListView item单独设置点击PendingIntent（用于处理item的特定逻辑）。
2. 保持根布局FrameLayout的点击监听，同时将ListView的android:clickable="false"，这样空白区域的点击会透传到根布局。

这种方案需要确保item的点击不会和根布局的点击冲突，适合有特殊交互需求的场景。
