遍历XML目录的Python脚本最后一个elif无输出问题排查

1. 运算符使用错误 #

Python里逻辑与/或必须用and/or，你用的|/&是按位运算符，这会让条件判断逻辑完全偏离预期——比如布尔值的按位运算会把True当1、False当0计算，和你要的逻辑判断完全不是一回事。

另外，Python根本不支持++count和--count这种自增自减语法！这两行代码其实不会改变count的数值，这也是最后count > 0永远不成立的核心原因之一，得改成count += 1和count -= 1才行。

2. 字符串判断的非Pythonic写法 #

虽然str.__contains__(sub)能运行，但Python里更推荐直接用sub in str，可读性高很多，写起来也更简洁。

3. 路径拼接与文件处理的隐患 #

用pathToDirectory.__add__(filename)拼接路径很容易出问题（比如路径末尾没加/时会拼接出错），应该用os.path.join()来安全拼接；另外直接open()文件后没手动关闭，最好用with语句自动管理文件上下文，避免资源泄漏。
