iOS 18中使用AppIntents/CoreSpotlight时，Spotlight仅能检索到标题，无法获取contentDescription内容

• 先确认attributeSet的赋值是否到位
  iOS 18里的IndexedEntity对CSSearchableItemAttributeSet的要求更严格，你得确保contentDescription和textContent确实被赋予了有效内容，而且别漏加searchableText这个字段（这个是合并所有可搜索内容的关键，有时候单独设置前两个字段可能不生效）。给你参考我当时修正后的代码片段：

• 检查索引更新是否主动触发
  iOS 18不再完全依赖自动索引，当笔记内容更新时，必须手动调用IndexingManager来更新索引，否则旧的索引内容会一直留在Spotlight里。比如在笔记保存后执行：

  如果是删除笔记，也要记得调用IndexingManager.shared.delete(identifiers: [noteId])清理旧索引。

• 排查系统设置和索引延迟
  先去系统设置的「Spotlight搜索」里确认你的应用是开启状态，没有被限制访问；另外Spotlight索引不是实时的，修改代码后最好等3-5分钟，或者重启设备，有时候缓存会导致新索引不生效。

• 确保实体ID的稳定性
  你的NoteEntryEntity的id必须固定不变，每次索引同一个笔记时要用同一个UUID，如果ID变了，Spotlight会把它当成新实体，旧索引不会被覆盖，可能导致你搜不到新内容。

我当时就是漏加了searchableText的赋值，加上之后transcript和aiSummary的内容就都能被Spotlight检索到了，你可以试试这些方法～
