Axios.post 是异步网络请求，不会阻塞后续同步代码的执行，你写的赋值操作执行时请求还没返回，自然拿不到response值。

你的代码实际执行顺序是：

1. 声明变量newresults，初始值为undefined
2. 发起axios.post请求，请求在后台运行，直接跳过回调继续执行后续代码
3. 执行newresults = response，此时请求尚未返回，response未定义，赋值无效
4. 执行console.log(newresults)，输出undefined
5. 请求响应返回后，才会进入.then回调，此时才能拿到正确的response值
