你遇到的配置不生效问题核心原因是自定义主题参数的顺序错误：theme_classic()作为内置完整主题，会覆盖所有写在它之前的自定义theme()配置，你之前调整axis.text的语句放在theme_classic()前面，自然不会生效。

按以下方案修改代码即可解决重叠和截断问题：

1. 把所有自定义theme()语句放到内置主题之后
2. 给x轴文本增加旋转角度，减少横向空间占用
3. 调整绘图边距，避免最右侧标签被截断
4. 可选：使用cairo_pdf设备代替默认pdf，解决Windows平台下字体渲染异常的问题
