如何使用Xamarin在Android系统中开启已关闭的GPS功能

注意：Android系统从6.0（API 23）开始，禁止任何无Root权限的应用在未获得用户明确授权的情况下后台强制开启GPS，所有实现方案都需要用户手动确认操作，无法静默开启。

实现步骤 #

1. 声明必要权限 #

在项目的Properties/AndroidManifest.xml文件中添加定位权限配置：
