ASP.NET应用使用Server.Transfer跳转报表页面时出现SessionDisabledException错误求助

各位大佬好，我最近在维护一个用C#开发的ASP.NET Web应用时碰到了个麻烦问题，特意来请教下大家。

具体情况是：当我执行Server.Transfer("Reports.aspx")这段代码跳转到报表页面时，直接触发了未处理异常，错误信息如下：
