为何Android系统存在两个管控Instant Apps功能的不同设置项？

这是Android系统级的Instant Apps总控制开关，管控全设备所有场景下的Instant Apps使用权限：

• 开关开启（默认状态）：允许任意场景下点击符合匹配规则的链接时，直接唤起对应无需安装的Instant App打开，不需要跳转浏览器或者完整安装应用
• 开关关闭：全设备所有Instant Apps功能被完全禁用，无论其他关联配置如何，都不会再触发Instant App唤起逻辑

2. Google Play设置路径：Google Play / 个人资料头像 / 设置 / 通用 / Google Play Instant / 升级网页链接 #

这是Google Play服务提供的细分功能开关，仅在上文提到的系统级Instant Apps总开关开启时才会生效，仅管控网页浏览场景下的跳转逻辑：

• 开关开启：如果你在浏览器中访问的网页对应域名有适配好的Instant App，Google Play会自动将本次网页访问升级为打开对应Instant App，替换原有浏览器打开网页的行为
• 开关默认关闭：为了避免打断用户正常的网页浏览流程，默认不会在网页场景主动触发Instant App跳转
