VS2019已创建报表服务器项目中Query Designer使用Add Table功能报错

报错原文：Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture. Make sure 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Data.Providers.SqlServer.SqlObjectSupport.xml' was correctly embedded or linked into assembly 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Data.Providers.SqlServer' at compiled time, or that all the satellite assemblies required are loadable and fully signed.

该报错是由于SQL Server Data Tools（SSDT）配套的资源文件损坏、丢失或和当前系统区域文化不匹配导致，存储过程加载逻辑不依赖该资源文件，所以仅出现添加表功能异常，可依次尝试以下解决方案：

• 修复Visual Studio安装
  关闭所有运行的Visual Studio实例，打开Visual Studio Installer，找到对应版本的Visual Studio点击「修改」，先在「单个组件」页确认「SQL Server Data Tools」组件已勾选，若未勾选请勾选后执行安装；若已勾选，直接点击「修复」，等待修复完成后重启电脑重试。
• 手动替换缺失的资源文件
  找一台和你当前Visual Studio版本、系统区域设置完全一致且Query Designer功能正常的设备，进入路径 C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\<你的VS版本号>\Common7\IDE\Extensions\Microsoft\SQLDB\Providers\SqlServer，复制该目录下的Microsoft.VisualStudio.Data.Providers.SqlServer.SqlObjectSupport.xml文件，粘贴到故障设备的同一路径下覆盖原有文件（如果存在），重启Visual Studio即可恢复。
• 调整系统区域设置验证
  打开Windows设置→时间和语言→语言&区域，将区域格式修改为「英语(美国)」，重启电脑后打开Visual Studio测试功能，如果恢复正常说明是区域文化适配问题，可保持该设置等待Visual Studio后续补丁更新即可。
• 调整Visual Studio版本
  若以上方案均无效，可将当前Visual Studio更新到最新正式版，或回退到之前功能正常的历史版本即可。
