• 方案1：从.NET运行时源码提取预定义模板
  .NET中所有XmlSchemaException的消息全部预定义在System.Xml.Schema模块的资源文件中，你可以直接提取这些英文原始模板做本地化翻译，覆盖100%的校验场景，不需要自己构造异常触发条件。
• 方案2：直接复用.NET内置本地化资源
  .NET官方自带多语言卫星资源包，只要部署环境安装了对应语言的.NET运行时语言包，XmlSchemaException.Message属性会自动返回对应语言的本地化消息，不需要自行维护翻译列表。
