问题根因 #

你的测试加载失败核心是2个常见问题：

1. OnInitializedAsync中的空try/catch吞了所有异常：如果测试环境没有注入GetFunctions依赖的服务，调用时会直接抛异常被吃掉，functions变量会一直保持初始的null值，永远不会走到loaded渲染分支
2. 没有MockGetFunctions的返回值：未配置的依赖服务调用不会返回预期的非空List<FunctionViewModel>，也会导致functions一直为null

1. 注册依赖服务的Mock #

在测试上下文初始化阶段，注入GetFunctions调用的服务的Mock实例，保证它能正常返回非空集合，示例用Moq写法如下：
