Flutter 对接Firebase Firestore 统计Total_Amount总和实现方案

方案1：客户端遍历计算（仅适合items集合文档数<1000的场景）

直接查询全量items集合，遍历所有文档累加对应字段即可，实现代码如下：

该方案的劣势是文档数量大时会消耗大量带宽和客户端性能，仅适合小数据量场景使用。

方案2：使用Firestore官方聚合查询（推荐，全场景适用）

新版Firebase SDK支持原生的sum聚合查询，无需拉取全量文档，仅返回统计结果，性能更高、资源消耗更低，实现代码如下：
