React Native使用geolocation库enableHighAccuracy参数适配问题

• 安卓模拟器默认仅提供GPS定位源，enableHighAccuracy设为true时才会调用GPS模块获取定位，所以模拟器必须开启该配置才能拿到定位结果。
• 安卓实体设备如果处于室内等GPS信号弱的场景，enableHighAccuracy: true会强制要求调用GPS模块获取定位，很容易出现超时、定位失败的问题；设为false时系统会自动选择基站、WiFi等低功耗定位源，反而可以快速返回定位结果。

方案1：动态判断运行环境自动适配参数 #

可以借助react-native-device-info库判断当前运行环境是否为模拟器，自动设置对应的enableHighAccuracy值：

优先尝试高精度定位，失败后自动切换为低精度重试，兼容所有场景：
